As the race director and founder of the Hope in the Vineyard 5k in SE Washington, I have used Racewire each year since the race's inception in 2017. It is a very user friendly website and my runners usually have no issues with navigating through registration.
My only concern with Racewire is that it is difficult to manage teams/groups. It works great if all members of the team sign up at once. (team captain registers the whole team in one transaction) But if a team is formed and new members want to register with the team at a later date, the only way to give a team discount for the new members is to create a promocode for them to use. I would love if a team member could register with a team and would automatically get that discount.
I have not used their timing program yet, but may look into that for next year.
