This was the online registration we chose to put on our first 150 mile relay race. We chose Race Entry because of the cost, mapping features, and customer service provided by Jared Smith. Jared was very knowledgeable and friendly from the start and he has been extremely helpful at every turn.
Our race is very complicated for several reasons. We have a team event so registering with 10 runners and 2 drivers was needed. We have 30 Legs to our race so mapping was important and we have 30 of them for our race. Payments and collections of those payments has been both economical, and timely for us. The back end tracking and contact management portion is great and one I continue to find more value in as I get more experience with the software. The system is very user friendly, but if you have any problems Jared is quick to respond and will make sure your problem gets fixed.
