We have been using RaceRoster for our national walk/run event series the past few years. As a non-profit, putting on charity events, we have found RR to be the best in class. Not only do they have a flexible, easy to use registration platform, but they have integrated a Volunteer registration piece and the most integrated fundraising platform of any we have seen.
We love that all 3 of these critical pieces are with ONE vendor. Many race registration systems have interfaces built with large fundraising platforms like CrowdRise or GoFundMe. The challenge with this is it requires a few extra steps from the registrant to set their fundraising up. With RR, if you choose, every participant automatically gets a customizable fundraising page created for them.
We also really appreciate their Volunteer portal that allows you to capture registration data for your volunteers along with one of your customize roles.
In addition to these key pieces, we have found the support to be very quick and responsive. Finally, we appreciate that RR is constantly improving their platform to add new features.
We've tried several other registration systems, but RR is still our favorite.
