This is our first year using RunSignUp for our KID-FIT Family Fun Run 5K registration site. I have to say no matter what questions I have or how many I ask, they ALWAYS get back to me promptly with specific answers that help. With everything being so new, it is nice knowing that there is always help just a keyboard away!

We switched to RunSignup a few years ago for our race registration page and love everything they have to offer. They provide so much more than just a registration page and have helped us to grow our race. They provide excellent customer service and are always more than willing to help with any questions or problems we have. This is an excellent platform to use for race registration.

RunSignup covers everything. It might seem a little overwhelming while going through setting up your race, but that's because they cover everything. And the next year, you just need to update the logos and some wording and the dates. I knocked off a star because their interface needs an overhaul. You can tell it was designed by different IT teams because sometimes the save button is at the bottom and sometimes at the top.

RunSignUp is our favorite registration platform. Very user friendly interface that provides even the novice race director with the tools they need to put on a great race.

The last 5 years we have worked with this race sign up company. Easy and very professional to plan with. The race participants all seem pumped to use it. As a race director we have had no problem with processing everything with them. I for one love the help they provide. Each year we review and learn new ideas for our event with them. As we grew our event, it was tied into the whole set up with Run Sign Up.

I'm amazed at how robust this platform is. It's easy to use for both me as a race director and our racers. We use it for the Flatlander Half Marathon each year, which is a fundraiser. When the organization we raise funds for did not cash a check, they notified me and re-issued the check and let me know when it would arrive so it could be cashed. Great customer service.

RunSignup has been great from quote, to website setup with customizations, and for all communications in between. We would highly recommend them!

We are latecomers to RunSignUp. We took over a race that used them for registration and have fallen in love with the platform. There are a ton of options, updates are quick, multiple races are handled well. They are quick to respond to any issues. We have begun to transfer other races to them.

RunSignup has been so useful to our organization! It is free, which is a plus for our nonprofit, and the platform itself is so easy to use. We used to work with a timing company that would set it all up for us, but in order to save money, we've switched to setting up ourselves every year. We can renew our race. make edits to the information from last year, and upload photos with ease. RunSignup also emails us a report the next day after people sign up, so it helps us be aware and keep track of people who are joining us. I highly recommend RunSignup!

I use RunSignUp for a few events. They are always innovating and adding great features. Questions are answered quickly and typically a solution is easy!

We use RunSignup for the majority of our races. It's user-friendly and does everything we need it to do from email campaigns, to fundraising, and of course race registration essentials (t-shirt reports, waivers, etc.). Using RaceDay CheckIn for Packet Pick Up makes our life so much easier!

RunSignUp is a complete package - a very robust product that has everything you need in one place. What stands out most to me, though, is their customer service. They are always super helpful. And they work super hard putting on free webinars and trainings, so that customers can get the most out of their product.

It could be a little more personal when issues do arise. Not just sending me to a website through an email.

Whenever we email them a question they get back to us right away. We have complete control over our site and with their partner programs we receive extra money for everyone who registers.

I am the Operations Director for the Amway River Bank Run in Grand Rapids Michigan which has multiple distances and events.

We switched to RunSignUp in 2014 for our 2015 event and have not looked back. Our RSU team is great to work with and support is always available when needed. We also utilize many aspects of the system - which is nice to have all our data in one location. RSU is a great partner!

We switched over to RSU 3 years ago and have never looked back. Not only is the platform incredibly customizable, functional and evolving, the team behind RSU is amazing. Customer Service is Top Notch, they touch base frequently, even when you may not realize you need something, their conferences are learning-rich - just an amazing company and platform.

Long story short- We ended up with RSU after our main provider had legal issues. Experimented with a couple of other providers until settling with RSU. We have never looked back. Cheaper for our registered customers, phenomenal customer service, easy to use. Most importantly, the owner/founder, Bob Bickel is from our world. He understands US and our needs. His staff consists of family and a small number of others. We get personal attention and very prompt answers to questions. Just the opposite of the large, volume driven operations. It's a great fit for us. Can't recommend them enough!

I am a Timer, & Race Director, RSU as been a tremendous tool for our team. It allows us to manage registration for everyone's race. It allows the Race Director The tools they need from email marketing, shirt inventory etc. The results links are impressive, whether you are using the kiosk function or scrolling results.

The RSU Staff is amazing I typically communicate with Matt Sinclair and Kevin Lai these two guys are always there to answer any questions that I might have & help me troubleshoot. RSU is hands down the best tool for Race Directors & Timers.

Our race is large, over 6,000 people and complicated with several distances and teams. We have used RUNSIGNUP for the last two years and I am very satisfied with it. Not only can you manage registration easily, but you can also manage your email communications and your give away inventory. Two other things important to our race. I have found customer service to be good. I'm not technical per se, but am able to manage all aspects of race set up, etc. Recommend them!

I've used a variety of registration sites (active, raceit.com, events.com, eventbrite, prorace, and redpodium) and RunSignUp is my (and my staff's) preferred site.

We are a timing and event management company. We have been using RunSignUp for a few years. It is the most user friendly platform that I have ever used.

It is easy to learn and customize to your event. If you have questions or need help with anything, their customer service is outstanding.

We use it for as many events as we can. The other bonus is that they list your race on multiple sites for you. They also offer other cool perks like text messaging and RaceJoy. Definitely, worth a look.
