I've had one order with Atlas go smoothly & be fulfilled accurately & timely.
However, the last two times I've contacted the company have been for close-out products listed on their website, and both times the sales rep would not sell me the listed product or even answer a direct question about whether the product is still available, and pointed me toward other products costing 2-3x as much. Felt very much bait-and-switch; will not be ordering from again.
