ACTIVE Endurance

I used Active for both 5k events we hosted for a non-profit. It was mostly user friendly. What I couldn’t figure out on my own, the friendly customer service support walked me through. We appreciated the exposure our run received because so many people actively search out runs on Active.

I've been using Active.com for race registrations for about 3 years now. I've really enjoyed the platform and have very few complaints. It is easy to use, has app of the fields I need customers to complete when registering for a race, and is user friendly from the RD and participant side.

I really like that I can run custom reports as well. This makes athlete tracking easy! The support has always been more than helpful with all my questions. The biggest complaint is that I often have participants email me with their registration questions that I'm not always able to answer as they are questions more suitable for Active support, but I'm always able to get an answer and relay it back to the participant.

I have also has a couple participants email me that they were charged a membership fee because they (probably unknowingly) did not notice they were asked about the fee in the registration process and ended up getting charged, but Active is aways able to reverse the fee. Overall I've has a very positive experience with Active.
