RunSignup, the leading all-in-one platform for endurance, peer-to-peer fundraising, and ticket events in the U.S., announces its 2023 first quarter update and milestone achievement of $2 Billion revenue raised for its customers. The achievement comes on the heels of a successful quarter, during which RunSignup launched a number of new features and enhancements designed to improve the experience for race organizers and participants alike. The company surpassed revenue expectations in the first quarter for its endurance, P2P fundraising, and ticket business - exceeding previous years’ quarter one revenue levels. In addition, its growing ticket business experienced 2.6X increase in sales further supporting the company’s profitability.

"We're thrilled to announce this major milestone for our company and our customers," said Bob Bickel, CEO of RunSignUp. "Our Q1 2023 financial performance reflects the hard work and dedication of our team, as well as the trust and loyalty of our customers who rely on our platform for their events and fundraising efforts."

RunSignup's continued success is largely attributed to the platform's robust suite of tools and features, which enable race organizers to manage everything from registration and donations to the race day experience and participant communication. The platform's user-friendly interface and advanced analytics capabilities also make it easy for organizers to track and measure their event's success.
Despite natural and competitor churn, RunSignup continues to increase the number of races on its platform. The company reports word-of-mouth referrals of existing customers heavily influence new races choosing to switch registration providers to RunSignup’s technology.

"Our platform is designed to help event organizers create exceptional experiences for their participants, while also streamlining their operations and driving revenue growth," said Bickel. "We're proud to have reached this significant milestone and look forward to continuing to support our customers in achieving their goals."
