GiveSignup | RunSignup capped off a year of extensive virtual education on April 22nd with the Spring Forward Seminar, a half-day session focused on creating agile, hybrid event plans for 2021. More than 600 event directors, timers, and nonprofits registered for the half-day event covering expectations for 2021, free and low-cost marketing strategies, fundraising through events, and modifications for a safe event day. In addition to instructional content, the seminar included two interactive expert panels covering the nitty-gritty of event production and fundraising amidst restrictions on gathering.
The Spring Forward Seminar was the fifth multi-session Virtual Seminar hosted by GiveSignup | RunSignup over the last year to, helping event professionals and nonprofits manage the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic and pivot their events from in-person to virtual to hybrid.
