I have used both RRCA and USATF to insure my events (I have 12 and most on state and federal land)...and choosing Nicholas Hill has been the easiest and most cost effective of the three. Highly recommend.

Nicholas Hill Group has been incredibly responsive on questions for our events. Additionally, their platform been very easy to generate certificates of insurance for additional insureds.

I used them last year for a gravel race and they were SUPER responsive and helpful. Hopefully I'll never have to find out how good they are to work with on actually making a claim. ;) But if it's anything like the support I received on the front end I'm not concerned at all. Within 72 hours or less, I was accepted, paid in full, and given the COI's as a member of RDHQ by using the secret link provided to members. Everything was handled by email and internet portals, and the binder coverage was more than adequate, pricing was transparent and fair. With one email, I was able to add an addendum or request a change.

I had less than seven weeks to prepare for an event, and using Nicholas Hill Insurance made it so race insurance was one thing I didn't have to stress about or chase down while I launched my first year event.
