We can time and score your road race, or list it in the SNERRO Schedule even if we don't time it. But, we have a couple business practices we follow:
1. We need any information on paper, either the questionnaires that we provide or on an email. We can't take verbal information.
2. We send questionnaires/contracts to existing timing clients around November 15. We reserve existing timing clients' equivalent date for the following year until January 15 after that, the date will be available to a new client on a first come basis.
3. We can't time 2 races on the same day.
