RaceReach makes event registration (and more) a breeze! The platform is user-friendly, intuitive, and works seamlessly for the registration needs of the Rocky Mountain State Games and Colorado Senior Games. Its versatility to customize multiple different registration forms has simplified and made us much more efficient. Additionally, RaceReach offers excellent support options (and hand holding ;)). We are going three years with using RaceReach. The only regret I have is that we did not use them sooner. The Umstead 100 Mile Endurance Run has used RaceReach as our registration partner since 2013. They were the first company to believe us when we said, "when we open our registration over 500 people would hit the enter button at once". All other companies crashed under our load but not RaceReach. Since then their hands-on service, ability to solve any issue quickly - meaning minutes not hours and their recommendations to help make race registration and volunteer sign up easier each year have been outstanding. We have been with RaceReach for well over ten years after leaving active.com. Compared to other sites we have used, I find it a lot easier to list our events on their site than other registration platforms. I think their greatest asset is the fast response one receives if he or she has a question. Their response is immediate, and more often it is a personal call rather than a text or email. Years ago, I had a problem with posting race results on my website, so I emailed them. Within an hour I received a phone call from them "chastising me" because I emailed them rather than call them. Now that's service!
