Mid Ohio Race Management offers 2 different timing solutions based on the nature of your event:

Mylaps Bibtag System: This state of the art system utilized at recognizable events such as The Boston Marathon, IronMan World Championships and the Akron Race Series. This system uses disposable timing chips that are affixed to the back of a participant bib and thrown away after the event (or stored as a keepsake on the back of that bib for eternity!). The Bibtag system is wildly popular for road races large and small and does a great job producing results almost instantaneously after the final runner crosses the line! Boasting incredible accuracy, you will not be let down by this system and your runners will appreciate having the most accurate timing results in the industry.

Mylaps Prochip System: Have you ever been to a triathlon event and noticed the little anklet that all of the athletes are wearing? That is a Prochip timing device! While this system can be used for any event of any size, it really shines at multisport events, 24 hour endurance events, bike races, adventure races, motorcycle races, or any event off road. The timing devices are active timing chips affixed to a velcro ankle strap that the participant must wear for the duration of the event and return upon completion.  While the Bibtag system is incredibly accurate, the Prochip system is beyond incredible as missed passings are nearly unheard of.
