We've used a few event systems over the years and have found Fullon Sport to be the best fit for us. The system is easy to use and flexible to your needs (a must for non techie people) - but mostly, it's their responsiveness. The price is comparable with most, but their service is priceless, they don't shy away from dealing directly with your participants too. On the day their team are professional, just get the job done. Queries about race times are answered and dealt with promptly.
We had extreme bad luck and had to cancel our event twice this year... that was when their service came into it's own. Refunds, deferring entries, donating half entry money.. you name it, they found solutions for it. I don't hesitate to recommend these guys.

The cheapest race entry system we could find. They have been great when any issues have arisen, responding to comments around the clock and phoning when necessary. Fees are simple and fair and the money comes to us monthly.
Their interface is simple enough to use and I can generate a lot of reports. Might not come with loads of bells and whistles but meets our needs exactly at this point. Very happy customer.
