Help Get Sponsors to provide free sponsorship software to all
Free access to the HelpGetSponsors.com Mid-Level Package will be extended to all current and future customers.
Help Get Sponsors, Inc, the award winning sponsorship software company behind HelpGetSponsors.com, is opening up its complete suite of software tools available at no charge to users, effective immediately. Free access to the HelpGetSponsors.com Mid-Level Package will be extended to all current and future customers. Usage of the software will be complimentary for the foreseeable future, until the in-person live event business returns to a degree of normalcy.
“We are in an unprecedented time, and the entire event industry is taking a huge hit with production of live events being suspended indefinitely.” explains Tom Crichton, Help Get Sponsors Founder and President. “The team at HGS agreed unanimously that we should remove any barriers and offer use of the software free of charge during this difficult period. Sponsorship remains the number one challenge for most events while simultaneously being the best opportunity to increase revenue, visibility, and growth. Now is the perfect time to improve your sponsorship knowledge and skills for the time when the in-person event industry is back open for business.”
In addition to opening up the software, Help Get Sponsors will be hosting a fee based four-part sponsorship educational webinar series during the month of May. Developed specifically to provide the opportunity to learn new sponsorship skills and improve future in-person events, the schedule will be as follows:
- Tuesday, May 5th, What Should You Be Doing Today?
- Tuesday, May 12th, Preparing for Tomorrow When Events Open for Business
- Tuesday, May 19th, Perfecting Prospecting, Proposals and Pitches
- Tuesday, May 26th, Building Your Sponsorship Foundation For Tomorrow
“After learning about HelpGetSponsors.com we were excited for the 14- day free trial of the software but then the team at HelpGetSponsors.com let us know it would be free for the foreseeable future,” said Theresa Agricola, Sponsorship Manager South Florida Fair. “This really shows Help Get Sponsors’ commitment to the event industry and we can’t wait to improve our capabilities with the educational webinar series in May!”

We are all in this together.”
