2021 Running USA Industry Conference cancelled
Registered attendees have been informed of their options regarding the recent cancellation.
Running USA have confirmed the cancellation of the 2021 Running USA Industry Conference originally scheduled for February 2021 in New Orleans, LA.
In a statement released Monday on the Running USA website, the organizers claimed "health and safety of attendees, and federal and state recommendations for gathering in large groups" as the reason for the event cancellation, adding:
"For the last 17 years, the annual Running USA Industry Conference has been considered the running world’s favorite gathering for networking, education and camaraderie. We know it will be so again in 2022. We also know we cannot duplicate that amazing February experience online."
All registered attendees for the 2021 Conference have already received an email outlining the organizers' next steps and their options regarding this year's event cancellation.
Running USA have also announced a 6-month long Educational Series that is set to launch in January. The series aims to provide "professional and business development for both organizations and individuals."
