I used GivenGain for my event, I have to admit I was dubious at the start... having used other fundraising platforms there have always been issues setting up the pages, managing the content and trying to promote the fundraising side however the account management from GivenGain is SECOND TO NONE. They tailored a campaign that suited my event, nothing generic, they took the time to understand my goals no matter how small in my first year and they got in touch at the right times to help me maximise the platform with the limited time I had.
Now I am going to dedicate more time to this in 2020 because I can see the value it adds to my events, thanks Robyn & the Team!!
