Boston Road Runners and next generation donation support run on Movemint

Movemint, the platform for athletic events, is thrilled to announce its partnership with Boston Road Runners and the launch of next generation donation support.

The Boston Road Runners is an organization committed to fostering a vibrant and inclusive running community for people of all backgrounds and experience levels. Their running events support and highlight many local causes and charitable organizations.

Coming up in May, Movemint is hosting a number of Boston Road Runners’s AAPI 5K events, community-run 5Ks across the United States celebrating Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month and fundraising for incredible AAPI non-profits.

With the launch of next generation donation support, Movemint’s latest feature allows the Boston Road Runners and other organizers to set a donation goal for their event, decide if they want registrations to count towards that goal, and even set up and send donations directly to multiple charitable organizations on a rolling, daily basis. Sending donations directly to charity organizations simplifies bookkeeping for Boston Road Runners, and it enables their charities to receive their funds immediately since Movemint pays out organizers daily.
