The summit is scheduled for January 27-28, 2026, at the University of South Florida Health CAMLS facility in Tampa, Florida. This year’s summit continues RunSignup’s commitment to helping timers across the endurance events industry expand their knowledge, sharpen their technical skills, and connect with peers. Building on the momentum of last year’s sold-out event, RunSignup expects strong attendance again in 2026 and encourages timers to register early.

What to Expect

The 2026 Summit offers both introductory and advanced educational tracks tailored to timers at every experience level. Attendees will gain hands-on training with RunSignup’s full platform — including a deep dive into RaceDay Real-Time products and RunSignup’s robust registration and ticketing tools — while exploring strategies to grow their businesses.

Key features include:

  • Introductory Track, ideal for those onboarding new staff or just entering the timer industry: includes all four RunSignup Timer Certification Courses, training on the RaceDay Mobile Timing app and Photos, email marketing fundamentals, WebV2 custom websites, and discussions on essential best practices.
  • Advanced Track, for seasoned and certified timers: covering advanced RaceDay Scoring and RaceJoy training, expert troubleshooting, operational efficiencies, advanced RunSignup platform features, and creative peer-solutions.
