RunSignup is excited to announce the 2025 Timer Education Summit, taking place in Tampa, Florida. Designed for timers at all experience levels, this summit offers an unparalleled opportunity to deepen knowledge and sharpen skills using RunSignup’s RaceDay Real-Time products. Over the course of one and a half days, attendees will gain valuable insights through targeted educational tracks, certifications, and hands-on sessions, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.

Taking place on January 28-29, 2025, the education summit is ideal for both new timers and seasoned professionals. The program offers an excellent opportunity to onboard new timing staff at an accelerated pace. Attendees will also benefit from one-on-one time with RunSignup’s team and opportunities to network with fellow timers.

There are two educational tracks to choose from:

  • Introductory educational track: Tailored for onboarding new staff or timers just starting out, this fast-paced, in-depth track covers the essentials of the endurance event industry and introduces RunSignup’s powerful suite of timer technology. Participants will quickly gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed, with certifications awarded upon completion.
  • Advanced educational track:
Ideal for experienced timers who have already completed RunSignup’s certification courses, this track delves into complex scenarios using RunSignup’s RaceDay Real-Time products, expert troubleshooting techniques, and strategies for expanding your business with RunSignup’s most innovative tools.

Timers can swap back and forth between tracks as needed.

In addition to these learning opportunities, attendees will have exclusive access to members of RunSignup’s development, support, and sales teams, allowing for personalized guidance and feedback. The summit will also foster networking among timers nationwide, encouraging the exchange of ideas and business-building relationships.

"Staying competitive in the endurance event space requires constant learning," said Bob Bickel, RunSignup’s Founder and CEO. "The Timer Education Summit is designed to give timers practical, hands-on training with our RaceDay Real-Time products.
