Race Roster announces new ASICS Runkeeper app connection for challenges

With Race Roster™ and the ASICS Runkeeper™ app’s latest release, events can now offer participants an entirely seamless challenge experience.

“We worked closely with the Runkeeper team to make the challenge experience extremely simple” says Associate Product Manager, Ben Rist at Race Roster. “Event organizers can simply check a box on their Race Roster results dashboard, specify which activity types will be accepted, and once a participant has synced their challenge registration with the Runkeeper app, any applicable activity tracked on the app will automatically contribute to their progress. This completely eliminates any need to manually submit their activities for the challenge.”

The following activities can be tracked on the Runkeeper app and automatically submitted to a distance, elevation, or time-based challenge on Race Roster:

• Mountain Biking
• Walking
• Hiking
• Downhill Skiing
• Cross-country skiing
• Snowboarding
• Skating
• Swimming
• Wheelchair
• Rowing
• Elliptical
• Other

The event organizer is able to specify which of these activities will be applicable for their challenge. With so many options, organizers can host a variety of engaging challenges!
