It was my very first 5k fundraiser for my non profit and they were exceptional. Scott and his daughter were very responsive as they guided me through the entire back end process from setting up my Run Sign Up account, site layout to include sponsors, when to cut off give aways and so on. The cost was very reasonable and they made it easy to work with them. Rios and his associate came out to do manual timing for us vs the chip timing and that went smooth as well. We had about 85 runners so chip timing did not make sense. You can get custom bibs if you like at extra cost if you like. This will not be my last event and I plan to use and grow with their services moving forward.
