They supplied a sample and when I got the order it was nothing like the sample. The colours were not right and when I complained that the product was unusable I was told I agreed to their terms and conditions when ordering and all they could do is offer a small discount if I order again. I'm left with 1000 towels and need to dispose of and £2,000 out of pocket.

These guys are set up for big events. Despite what they say they are not geared up for smaller organisations and although the actual quality of the work is good the attention to detail is poor and the communication even worse. I have found a new supplier and won’t be using them again.

Really good service for all of our racing paraphernalia, signs, medals all sorts. The custom medals are some of the best around, they'll happily redesign medals time and again and the fees are some of the lowest (as far as we could find!). We have our own account manager who understands the sort of stuff we want so it saves a lot of faffing about. Highly recommend.
