MET Medical is a leading private ambulance service. We are based in St Albans, Hertfordshire and provide paramedics, technicians and ambulances to the events industry as well as NHS.
Unlike the majority of event providers we are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and as such authorised to carry out ambulance transport to and from any event and hospital.
We are a team of over 180, made up of Paramedics, Nurses, Doctors, Ambulance Technicians and Student Paramedics.
We have a broad spectrum of clients from the NHS, Motocross organisers, sports agencies, marathon and triathlon organisers, councils and government departments. We are caring, friendly and highly professional. We operate 364 days a year as we close for Christmas Day.
We support events and carry out patient transport across the whole of the UK and into Europe. We have a fleet of ambulances, 4x4's, Rapid Response Vehicles and Cycle Response.
We also provide health and safety consultancy for the events industry in respect of medical and welfare provision.
