I've been using FAC Ltd for several years. Firstly their customer service is fantastic, no sooner have I emailed to request a quote than I receive an email back with costings, or pricing options dependent on the variables of participant numbers or length of the event. Never had a problem with availability, even at relatively late notice.
The First Responders that have attended my events in the most part have been punctual (1 exception out of a dozen + events), always super polite and have even been enthusiastic supporters of the event from the sidelines.
