Racecheck reveals 2022 mass participation insight report for race organisers

Peer-review experts, Racecheck, are helping race organisers bounce back from Covid having analysed feedback from over 6,000 events to create a 2022 insight report.

By collecting race reviews and feedback through a unique Review Box embedded into event websites, Racecheck is able to closely analyse what is being said by those who have paid, trained, raced and, literally, got the t-shirt. It’s a deep-dive into where races are doing well, where an experience is not meeting expectations and, most importantly, industry-wide trends in what race participants consider good value for money.

The 2022 Insight Report is split into two parts. Part one contains five core learnings that cover communication, sustainability, value for money, local support and marshals. Part two takes a look at the crucial overarching benefits of using reviews to grow a race, from search engine optimisation to credibility in the eyes of future participants. The report is tailored to help organisers learn and grow event sales by showing that they are listening to what is being said about their races.
