We don't currently offer free trials of our Premium member plan. If you would like to try out our tools, you can get limited access to some tool functionality through our Basic member plan.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits? expandcollapse

We don't currently offer discounts for nonprofit organizations. 

Do you offer monthly subscriptions to the Premium member plan? expandcollapse

We don't currently offer a monthly subscription to our Premium member plan. A lot of the Premium plan features are set to follow the annual cadence of race planning and are only available on our annual subscription plans.

How can I cancel my Premium plan subscription? expandcollapse

You can cancel your Premium subscription at anytime through your user account page or by simply getting in touch - no questions asked.
