Upgrading, renewing and cancelling your Race Directors HQ member plan

How can I switch my member plan? expandcollapse

You can upgrade your Basic plan to our Premium plan at any time here. To downgrade your Premium plan, simply cancel your Premium subscription and your plan will be automatically downgraded to our Basic plan.

What do I get by upgrading to the Premium member plan? expandcollapse

By upgrading your membership to our Premium plan, you'll be getting access to our full suite of member features across all our tools, as well as access to our premium vendor offers, like free subscription to Webscorer PRO, special rates on event insurance, and exclusive deals on timing hardware and software.

Do you offer free trials of the Premium member plan? expandcollapse

We don't currently offer free trials of our Premium member plan. If you would like to try out our tools, you can get limited access to some tool functionality through our Basic member plan.

We don't currently offer discounts for nonprofit organizations. 

Do you offer monthly subscriptions to the Premium member plan? expandcollapse

We don't currently offer a monthly subscription to our Premium member plan. A lot of the Premium plan features are set to follow the annual cadence of race planning and are only available on our annual subscription plans.

How do Premium plan subscriptions renew? expandcollapse

Subscriptions to the Premium member plan renew automatically on an annual basis. If you are a Premium member, you can see your subscription's next renewal date by visiting your user account page.

When will my Premium plan renew? expandcollapse

Subscriptions to the Premium member plan renew automatically at the end of each annual subscription term. If you are a Premium member, you can see your subscription's next renewal date by visiting your user account page.

How can I update my payment details? expandcollapse

To update your payment details at any time:

  1. Visit your user account page
  2. Click on the View and update payment details link.

Through that link you'll be able to see all your previously used payment methods and change your current default payment method used in all charges made in connection to your user account.

How do I cancel my Premium plan subscription? expandcollapse

To cancel your Premium plan subscription through your user dashboard:

  1. Go to your user account page.
  2. Click on the View and update payment details link to open your billing page.
  3. On the billing page, click the "Cancel plan" button to cancel your Premium plan subscription.

Alternatively, you can send us a message at anytime before your next subscription renewal and we'll be happy to cancel your subscription for you.
