How do I submit my race for listing on race calendars?

You can submit your race details for distribution to race calendars through our race calendar auto-submit service as follows:

  1. Login to your account and go to your profile page.
  2. Under the Member Menu to the right of the page, click Race Calendar Auto-Submit Form.

Once we receive your race details, our team will submit your race to the race calendars of your choice and report back within 2 business days.

How do I claim a partner vendor offer?

You can claim any of the partner vendor deals available to members through your profile dashboard:

  1. Login to your account and go to your profile page.
  2. Under the Member Menu to the right of the page, click View Offers & Claim.

From the offers page you will be able to view details of current vendor offers and how to claim each one.

How can I list my business in multiple directory locations?

When you add or claim a Basic listing on the directory, your business will get to appear under a single directory location.

The location your business will be listed under, depends on the product or service you provide.

For example, if you are an online registration provider, your listing will appear in the Online Registration category, where the default listing location is the country of operation, e.g. US or UK. That is because businesses in the online registration category tend to serve customers nationwide.

If, on the other hand, you run a race timing business, you serve customers regionally. Therefore, the listing location for businesses listed in the Race Timers category is the region or state where the business is based, e.g. US > Alabama or UK > North West.

If you need your business listing to appear under more than one locations, because you are, say, a timer serving multiple regions or an online registration provider or chip timing system manufacturer selling into multiple countries, you will need to upgrade your listing to Premium status.

Upgrading your listing to Premium status comes with several benefits, such as increased visibility for your business listing in its category, multiple listing locations/subcategories, additional listing features and an ad-free page.

How can I list my business in multiple directory categories?

When you add or claim a Basic listing on the directory, your business will get to appear under a single directory subcategory.

Subcategories are the second-level product categories in the directory that sit under one of the 10 main directory categories:

  1. Online Registration
  2. Race Timing
  3. Supplies & Equipment
  4. Video & Photography
  5. Medical Services
  6. Live Tracking & Race Day Apps
  7. Promotion & Marketing
  8. Insurance
  9. Sponsorship & Fundraising
  10. Other Services

For example, there are several subcategories under the Supplies & Equipment main category: Custom Medals & Awards, Finisher T-Shirts & Apparel, Bibs & Race Numbers etc.

If you need your business listing to appear under more than one subcategories (or more than one locations/states) you will need to upgrade your listing to Premium status.

Upgrading your listing to Premium status comes with several benefits, such as increased visibility for your business listing in its category, multiple listing locations/subcategories, additional listing features and an ad-free page.

How can I add contact details to my business listing?

Once you add a listing for your business on the directory – or claim an existing business on the directory as your own – your listing will enter the directory at the Basic listing level.

Basic listings provide a dedicated page for your customers and our race director users to leave and read reviews about your business, as well as a get basic information about the products and services you offer. They also allow you, as the Basic listing owner, to receive notifications whenever a new review of your business is posted by one of our race director users.

Basic listings appear under one location (e.g. Alabama) and one directory subcategory (e.g. Custom Medals & Awards).

To be able to show more information on your listing, including your business contact details, and to allow your listing to appear on multiple locations and directory subcategories, you will need to either verify or upgrade your listing.

Verified listings

Verified listings get to list the business website as part of the listing’s contact details. You can verify a business listing you own for free by following these simple instructions.

Premium listings

If you don’t want to verify your listing or would like to add additional contact details on your listing, such as email, phone or contact person, you can upgrade your listing to Premium status.

How do I check if my business is already listed on the directory?

If you want to check if a business you own or are interested in is listed on the directory, you can search all listings using one or more of the following options:

Keyword search

Type in the name – or part of the name – of the business you are searching for. If the business you are looking for does not come up, try different combinations, e.g. removing spaces or adding spaces between words.

Location/Category search

If keyword search fails to locate the business listing you’re looking for, try a combination of the region the business is located in (e.g. the US state it is based in) and a suitable category for the product or service it offers.

If none of these returns a listing for your business, you can add a new listing for your business.

How do I edit my business listing?

Once a listing for your business has been added or claimed on the directory, you will only be able to edit it by sending your edit requests to our team.

The reason why we no longer allow direct edits of listings by business owners is to maintain a high quality for listing information, avoid excessive promotional language on listings and maintain a uniform format across listings for a better user experience.

To suggest edits for your listing, either because information on your listing is wrong or outdated, please send us an email with the following:

  • Your listing name or URL on the directory
  • The edits you want us to make

How do I claim my business, if it’s already listed on the directory?

Even if you haven’t added a listing for your business on our directory, there is a good chance a listing already exists, either because a race director has posted a review about your business or because your business has been added by a member of our team.

If you find your business on the directory, you can claim it and ownership for that listing will be transferred over to your user account.

After claiming your business and taking ownership of the listing, you will be able to verify it, so your business contact details can be added to it, and upgrade it, so you receive richer features and preferential visibility in your category. You will also be able to edit your listing and receive email notifications whenever a new review of your business is posted by one of our race director users.

To claim your business:

  1. Find your business on the directory
  2. Click the Claim button next to the listing business title:
  3. Fill the short form to send us a claim request

Once your claim has been approve, an email notification will be sent to your nominated email account.

How do I add a review link on my business website?

How can I verify my business listing?

If you’ve already added a listing on the directory – or claimed an existing listing on the directory – you can verify your listing by adding a review link to your listing page on your business website.

Verifying your listing will add your business website information on your listing page. This means race directors who are interested in your products or services will be able to click through to your website and learn more about your products.

Once your listing is verified, the green verified listing badge will appear next to your business’ name on your dedicated listing page:

  2. Go to your listings dashboard.

How do I add a listing on the directory?
