How do I add a listing to the services directory?

To add a listing for your business on the directory, click “Add Listing” at the top right of any page on our website or click here.

How do I claim an existing listing in the services directory?

If your business is already listed on the directory, you can claim ownership of the listing and edit the information for your business by going to the relevant listing page and clicking the “Claim” link.

How can I list my business in multiple categories?

By subscribing to our Active Leads package, you will be able to add your business listing in as many subcategories as you like under its main category listing.

For example, if you are a clothing and medals supplier, you can add your listing under both the Clothing and Medals & Trophies subcategories in the Supplies & Equipment main category. You can do that by simply selecting the relevant subcategories in your listings dashboard.

If you would like to add your business across multiple main categories, you will need a separate Active Leads subscription for each one. Just drop us an email and we’ll take care of it.

How do I add a location for my business?

To specify your business location, so your business can be found in location searches, you need to do two things, both of which can be done through the Location tab when you click to edit any listing in your listings dashboard:

  1. Select one of the available location/region combinations for your business from the dropdown menu, e.g. UK > England (West Midlands) > Staffordshire.
  2. Provide a valid Google map location for your business and see your business appear on the map.

What is the difference between the Basic and Active Leads listing packages?

Our Basic listing package is aimed at providing a, well, basic listing for your business in the Race Directors HQ services directory. Your listing will appear under the relevant category and, provided you have set a location for your business, appear in relevant location searches.

The Active Leads package provides a number of additional key benefits for your business listing, such as:

  • Email address, website URL and social media identity, so users can easily reach your business
  • Sales enquiry form on your listing page, allowing users to email your designated contact email address directly from our site
  • Increased visibility of your listing in directory searches

How can I upgrade my listing to the Active Leads package?

To upgrade your listing from the Basic to the Active Leads subscription, first go to your listings dashboard. At the bottom right of your listings dashboard you will find a menu of all available listings packages. Just select the subscription term you want and follow the payment process.

Once your listing has been upgraded to the Active Leads package you will be able to add additional information for your listing.

What happens at the end of my Active Leads subscription?

When the term of your Active Leads listing subscription ends, we will automatically renew your subscription for the same term. If you don’t wish to have your subscription renewed automatically, please let us know.

If you choose not to renew your Active Leads subscription, your listing will automatically be downgraded to a Basic listing at the end of your Active Leads subscription term.
